I'm Kevin Sneddon, luxury real estate broker and founder of the Private Client Network at COMPASS – a nationwide collective of the industry’s top real estate brokers.

I'll be your host of the exciting new podcast, Luxury on Location. Each week, we will visit with one of the Private Client Network partners – and explore their home market. We’ll gain “first-hand” knowledge of what’s happening in places like Aspen, the Hamptons and Palm Beach – with a focus on the unique lifestyle in each locale. We’ll also get personal stories of how these partners have become dominant players in their markets.

You might be asking, why am I hosting a podcast that is focused on the luxury real estate market? Well I’ve sold well over a billion dollars worth of luxury real estate – including penthouses in New York City, oceanfront compounds in the Hamptons, plus major estates in Greenwich. During my career, I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time and energy analyzing what drives the luxury real estate market. In fact, at this point, luxury real estate is not only “what I do” – it’s “who I am”.
